Mr. Thrasher has handled corporate, finance, real estate and general business matters for clients in a broad array of industries, from publicly traded corporations to local start-ups. Since returning to his hometown of Tucson, Mr. Thrasher has represented entrepreneurs, financial institutions, real estate developers, real estate service providers, and other business entities and individuals on a broad range of finance, real estate, general corporate and regulatory compliance matters. Mr. Thrasher's experience includes negotiating and drafting equity and debt financing agreements, developing private placement memoranda, drafting commercial and residential lease agreements, negotiating stock and asset purchases, and advising on merger and acquisition transactions.
    
Mr. Thrasher understands the needs and goals of business owners, executives and boards of directors and has advised these individuals on many aspects of their business across all points of a company's life-cycle. Mr. Thrasher has managed projects including corporate formation and fundraising for start-ups, advising existing companies on state and federal regulatory compliance issues, and developing and implementing wind-down and exit strategies for seasoned businesses.
 
Mr. Thrasher strives to balance the legal advice he provides with an understanding of the real-world choices and risks that face entrepreneurs, business owners and corporate officers. Prior to joining Farhang & Medcoff, PLLC, Mr. Thrasher served as General Counsel for a financial services company he helped form and start. Mr. Thrasher also served as Associate General Counsel for a large privately-held financial institution, and has worked as an Associate at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. in Tucson, and Locke Liddell & Sapp, LLP (now Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell, LLP) in Houston, Texas.
